I can honestly say that coming along to Lynda’s classes is one of the highlights of my week. I walk away not only aching from having worked my body properly, but also with a huge grin on my face because each class is such good fun - despite the pain I’m willingly inflicting on myself! Lynda is hands-on, giving a level of personal attention that I’ve never experienced in any other fitness class and you know she truly cares about each student getting the best possible outcome regardless of their level of fitness or ability.

Thanks so much for the brilliant classes. I’m running out of superlatives for your teaching. It is quite extraordinary and I love the detail and explanation of the setups. It makes all the difference to the exercises.

I have been doing a lot of very physical stuff recently including lifting medium stone pots on and off a wheelbarrow and trundling them up the road. Barely a whimper from the back extensor muscles the next day and nothing from the damaged SI joint.

I was starting dropped arches and bunion pain and that is easing too with the emphasis on the feet. I never get neck pain travelling up the back of my skull one side either anymore.

Lynda is hands-on, giving a level of personal attention that I've never experienced in any other fitness class and you know she truly cares about each student getting the best possible outcome regardless of their level of fitness or ability. She is absolutely passionate about the practical application of learning pilates - it's all about how we can become fitter, stronger, better able to manage the different stresses our bodies are up against. I just wish I could have a class every day

I have been to Lynda’s classes for several years. Having started and progressed through various classes, I’m particularly impressed by how well Lynda knows each of her clients and their individual body issues, so that you feel like you get personal attention. She provides lots of options within each exercise so you can stretch your abilities but never feel under pressure to do more than suits your level. Her explanations of the moves, with lots of imagery, are very helpful to those of us with little understanding of our own body biology. Pilates is harder than it might look, but I always feel better for it and keen to continue.
