I have been to Lynda’s classes for several years. Having started and progressed through various classes, I’m particularly impressed by how well Lynda knows each of her clients and their individual body issues, so that you feel like you get personal attention. She provides lots of options within each exercise so you can stretch your abilities but never feel under pressure to do more than suits your level. Her explanations of the moves, with lots of imagery, are very helpful to those of us with little understanding of our own body biology. Pilates is harder than it might look, but I always feel better for it and keen to continue.
