Pilates Classes

Group classes are a safe and fun way to practise Pilates and also a chance to socialise with friends or class members! The majority of exercises are performed lying down, but each class will vary slightly, involving standing, sitting, using stability balls, resistance bands or weights for example.

Most exercises can be adapted to suit your physical needs, so don't allow your age and fitness level put you off, if in doubt talk to your GP.

Back Care Classes:

This gentle class is for those who would benefit from a slow and controlled series of excercises and stretches.  For anybody who is perhaps recovering from an injury or who would prefer to work at a slower pace. or with a limited range of exercises. These classes are designed so that everyone can benefit from pilates.

How to book your place

Classes are limited to 12 places and get booked up quickly.
